#6933 Use headless generated svgs within modevis

It should be possible to use the headless generated svg graphics also for the modvis animation. With this extension, not only the productive code but also the animation can now be generated via ci/cd.

The BuildConfig 'CIP_AnimationHeadlessBuildConfig' can now be used for the CIP animation.
This BuildConfig uses the selector 'DomainDiagram.toSvgHeadless' to generate the svgs.
