#6822 [Story/DiagramEd] The shape command aspect interface from diagram type define whether the command can be executed

In Diagram type, different commands can already be defined for a shape.
The command aspect interface can now be used to define whether the command can be executed or not.



Example 'DeleteCommand':
It can be defined whether a resource can be deleted via the diagram.
