Actually I'm trying to make a simple Deploymentdiagramm. I have following model (similar to UML metamodel):



And I made a simple Diagrammtype:



This give me the following Domaineditor:



What i realy want is, that the nestedNode is showing as a compartment (inside) of the surrounding node. I tried with UseRelation, but then it's not possible to drop the element inside of a node. How it can be done?

after some internal discussion, I have to say that this is in the current version only possible for OwnRelation. Allowing a nested element to be placed simply requires an AllowedClass-Entry with a PaletteExtension. You can place any allowed class in to the container as long as there is a OwnRelation having a matching range. We already plan to improve the creation of custom shapes which will include such things, I add this as a specific usecase.
